Can I take this if I'm a beginner?
Yes, while Sekou does tend to work at an intermediate/advanced level, newer dancers can instill his philosophy into their dancing and open up new possibilities in their movements. A little time with masters is worth it’s weight in gold!
Which workshop should I take?
Honestly, both! If you’re able to dance for two solid hours, we recommend taking advantage of a true pioneer in Latin Movement while he’s here in Chicago. You’ll kick yourself later for missing out, it’s best to take action and experience the goodness for yourself.
